Clinic Closed Until Further Notice

We hope that all of our patients and their loved ones are continuing to stay safe and healthy during this time. With the new directive given by the Ontario Government on April 14th, Health Partners Professionals has decided to delay opening until it is deemed safe by the government.

Unfortunately, in keeping the clinic a clean space, staff will be unavailable to book any future appointments until we have re-opened. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
