New Clinic Hours Starting September 8

In an effort to serve our patients better, your Health Partners team is excited to announce extended clinic hours starting September 8, 2020. The new hours will be as follows:

• Monday 9:00am – 7:00pm
• Tuesday 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Wednesday 9:00am – 6:00pm 
• Thursday 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm
• Saturday / Sunday Closed 

As our social distancing and vigorous cleaning protocols continue some practitioners may still be working on a reduced caseload / modified hours, making it more difficult to get in for appointments than usual. We thank you for your continued understanding and patience. We hope all of our patients will be able to find a treatment time that works for them within this new schedule.
