Robin Whiffing

Robin is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a Registered Massage Therapist. Robin began her academic career at Wilfrid Laurier University achieving an Honours Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to continue her education and graduated with Honours from Georgian College’s Massage Therapy program in 2018. Robin wanted to further her ability to help patients so went back to school and graduated as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in 2023. She also has completed the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course, a cupping course and a paediatric osteopathy course. The combination of all of her education gives her a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology and how it relates to injury and daily living.

Robin is passionate about working closely with her patients to help them with their recovery process. She will take your individual needs and requests and develop a treatment plan that suits you. While Robin enjoys treating all conditions, she has a special interest in sports injuries for both recreation and elite athletes. She compliments her osteopathic and massage treatments with the use of acupuncture, cupping as well as recommending stretches and strengthening exercises to enhance the overall affect.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys a very active lifestyle. Her favourite pastimes include playing hockey, running and participating in a variety of watersports at her family cottage. Finally, Robin is always looking for new opportunities to enhance her education and develop new skills to maximize her treatment modalities.
