Stephen is a committed and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Georgian College. His passion for Massage Therapy began during his previous career as a physical education teacher in Hong Kong, where he developed a deep understanding of sports-related injuries and the body’s mechanics.

He brings a wide range of experience and specializes in various therapeutic techniques, including sports massage, deep tissue therapy, PNF stretching, joint mobilization, rehabilitation, and relaxation treatments. His goal is to provide personalized care, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of his clients for the best possible outcomes.
Outside of his professional work, Stephen enjoys activities such as running, weightlifting, reading, and cooking—passions that help him unwind and maintain his overall well-being.
