  • myofascial release
  • acupuncture
  • education on injury prevention
  • therapeutic exercise programs
  • bracing and taping

Physiotherapists treat individuals of all ages groups, from paediatric populations to geriatrics. Your therapist is trained in a wide variety of injuries and conditions including:

  • sprains and strains
  • fractures
  • sports-related injuries
  • chronic pain conditions
  • neurological conditions
  • concussion management
  • pre-operative and post-operative care
  • motor vehicle accidents
  • overuse injuries
  • arthritis
  • cardiorespiratory conditions
  • vestibular conditions (vertigo, BPPV)

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Over time, the muscles of the pelvic floor may become weak or less supportive. Pelvic floor physiotherapy addresses the muscles that make up the pelvic floor by assessing for weakness or dysfunction and then strengthening these muscles.

Your pelvic floor Physiotherapist will conduct a thorough consultation and evaluation of the structures involved in the pelvic floor.

A plan of management to address any problem will be presented, and our Team of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists can start you on your way to feeling yourself again.
